Gold Waves

26 Sep

The Yupo paper is made for this painting.  The stripes of color across the paper interacted to form the waves back lit with a golden sunset.  Then I picked up the paint at the bottom of the rock formations to form the mist rising from the sea splashing about.  The rock formations are at Bandon, Oregon, named the Face Rock Kits which have an Indian legend to explain them.
